Return Policy (Clothing & Others)
At Forever In Harmony, we follow a 14-day return policy for undamaged and unworn goods, in alignment with our suppliers' policies. This means you have 7 Days after receiving your item to request a return, followed by 7 Days for the product to be received back. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to the supplier or directly to us. For speed, we recommend returning items directly to the supplier. You can contact us at info@foreverinharmony.com to begin the process.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@foreverinharmony.com with your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Instructions: Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will confirm the correct return address for the supplier or provide instructions for sending it back to us. Please note:
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@foreverinharmony.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Beauty
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item as per the return process above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@foreverinharmony.com.
Return Policy (Jewelry)
Return Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we will refund, replace, or exchange any item(s) within 30 days of delivery date.
To Return an Item:
- Place a copy of your invoice in along with the item(s) you are returning.
- For your protection, we advise that you insure the package for the full amount of the items you are returning plus shipping charges. Forever In Harmony is not responsible for items lost or damaged while en route back to us.
- On your original invoice, if the price of the item you are returning is listed as:
- Less than $500:
You can use any carrier to ship your return package. - More than $500:
Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500).
- Less than $500:
Make sure to keep your return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
- All returned items must be unworn and undamaged in the original boxes along with the original certificates where applicable. There should be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product should not have been altered in any way. Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All ORIGINAL diamond certificates (where applicable) and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package missing the original certificate(s) will be charged a fee of $200.00 per original certificate with no exceptions.
- Special orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that were requested but are not specifically shown on our website, are non-cancelable and non-refundable items.
- We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry on our website as close to reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show variations of product colors and details.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return eligibility requirements as outlined above.
